Q: How can I place an order?

A: You can place orders on our website by adding items to your cart and checking out. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment system.


Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost.


Q: When will my order ship?

A: We aim to process and ship orders within 2 business days after the order is placed. However, extra processing time may be required during busy periods like holidays and sales.


Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We hope to expand our international shipping in the future.


Q: Can I return or exchange an item?

A: Yes! Unworn items with tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or online store credit. Please see our Returns Policy for more details.

Q: Do I need an account to make purchases?

A: You can check out as a guest, but we recommend creating an account so you can save your shipping address and payment information for faster future checkouts. Registered accounts also allow you to view order history and manage any returns/exchanges.

Q: Where can I find my order confirmation email?

A: Order confirmation and tracking emails are sent to the address associated with your account or guest checkout. Be sure to check your junk folder if you don't see it in your main inbox. You can also access order details and tracking information from your account dashboard when logged in.
